Under 16’s – must be accompanied by an adult.
Dogs – no dogs, or other animals are allowed on site, including car parks. Guide Dogs excepted.
Drug Free Zone – SportBeatFest is a dfz, no dealing in or use of illegal drugs permitted on the Festival site. Drug enforcement laws apply at the Festival site. A strict policy will be enforced and perpetrators will be asked to leave/evicted from the site. There will be police presence throughout the weekend.
Legal Highs – Are not permitted on the Festival site, please see information regarding LH – link
Medication – Don’t forget your prescribed medication, for the weekend and keep it safe!
Anti-Social Behaviour – Will not be tolerated, the site is located near to a residential area, please reduce noise levels during the night and respect people’s property.
Crowd Surfing – For the safety of others, is prohibited, please refrain.
Food and Alcohol – Only food and drink for personal consumption may be brought into campsite. You are not permitted to take food or alcohol into the Main Arena. You may bring your own water into the Arena.
Toilet Rolls – We provide toilet paper but as you can imagine there is a possibility, at times we will run short,maybe a good idea to bring some just in case!
Alcohol – Please do not be offended if you are asked to prove your age and to produce id when purchasing alcohol. It is illegal to sell or for others to purchase alcohol on behalf of U18’s. Please drink responsibly and remember to drink plenty of water so that you don’t become dehydrated especially if we have SUNSHINE!
Your Hearing – Could become impaired/damaged if you spend too long in front of the speakers, ear defenders recommended!
No Selling of Drugs – Goods or alcohol on the Festival site.
BBQ’s and Fires – Please do not bring bbqs or build fires as they are not permitted on the Festival site.
Offensive Weapons/Fireworks – Please note anyone found in possession of any weapons, fireworks, flares will have them confiscated and the holders will be asked to leave the Festival site.
Remember Bring a Torch – to help guide you to your tent!
Smoking – No smoking permitted within the marquees or public enclosed places.
Glass – No glass bottles allowed on the festival site; the grounds are used for sport and recreation.
Catering there will be a varied, catering for all tastes. Please be kind to our caterers and place rubbish in bins provided.
Drinking Water – You are permitted to bring sealed bottles of water on to the Festival site.
Accessibility – The site is fully accessible for all, including parking, toilets and showers.
Lost – All lost and found property will be recorded and stored at the Information Point. After the Festival, lost property will be stored at the SportBeat Festival Office, contact email@example.com

What time are gates open and when does the music begin/end?
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY *The gates open at 10:30, with music starting at 12:00. Music ends 22:30 Saturday & 22:00 Sunday. *subject to change
Will there be alcohol to buy, on site?
Yes, there will be bars onsite, including local brewers Gloucester Brewery. You cannot bring your own alcohol into the Festival Arena. You may bring a reasonable amount of alcohol onto the campsite for your own consumption.
Help, I haven’t received my ticket yet? There are no physical tickets just etickets. Please log in to your ticket account that you opened when you purchased you tickets. Just follow the instructions and you will find all you need.
Is it ok for me to bring alcohol with me? Yes, you may bring a reasonable amount, for your own consumption, into the campsite but you may not take alcohol into the Festival Arena.
Can I bring a picnic? You cannot bring your food and drink into the Festival arena. Our stewards and security have been instructed to stop anything resembling a cooler box/picnic basket, bags of food/drink into the arena. You will be asked to dispose of your picnics at the gate, or return with them to your car. You may take (plastic) bottled water into the arena.
How much is it to camp? £10pp or £30 for four sharing.
Is it possible to buy just a day pass? Day tickets available, tickets on the day will be slightly more expensive, no cheap tickets at the end of the day as that is when the Headliners are playing.
Is there a cash machine on site? No, but there is one in the Longford Inn, which is directly opposite the turning of Oxstalls Sports Park. There is also a Tesco Supermarket less than a mile away.

I bought my tickets early and now discover I can’t come, can I get a refund? Unfortunately we have a no refunds policy. Please see the terms and conditions on the ticket page for more information.
When will I receive my ticket that I bought online? All tickets are etickets, you will have received an email with your ticket info.
Where can I park? There will be PARKING RESTRICTIONS around the area, please follow signs – Pre-booked, via website ticket page, car park at Oxstalls Sports Park, Plock Court, Gloucester GL2 9DW There is a charge for parking.
Do I have to camp if I buy a weekend ticket? No, you may buy the tickets and gain entry on both days without having to remain on site. You will have a wristband attached at the entrance and as long as it’s not been tampered with then you will gain re-admittance the following day.
Do I need to purchase camping tickets or are they included in the price of weekend ticket? You will need to purchase your camping tickets separately.
I would like to bring a bar-b-q for the evening, is this ok? Sorry NO, firstly the owners of Oxstalls Sports Park do not allow unauthorised bbq’s or open fires on their property. Secondly, on advice from Fire Officers, they are not only a fire hazard, especially near tents but the gases given off from bbq are particularly dangerous. You may bring a small camping stove.
I have a live in vehicle, are there spaces for campervans and caravans? There are limited spaces available for caravans/campervans so buy early to avoid disappointment, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more info! If you have more than 4 people sleeping in your live-in vehicle, each spare person is required to have separate camping ticket.
Are there any VIP Packages available? We have some VIP Packages available along with advertising packages, please send for details to email@example.com and ask for either.
Are dogs allowed at the Festival? Sorry, NO DOGS unless they are Guide Dogs.
Can I bring my own picnic chairs Yes you may bring small fold-up chairs.
Can I come and go as I please over the weekend? Yes, as long as your entry wristband is still in tact and not tampered with.
Is it possible to park next to my tent? Sorry, strictly no parking next to tents, for safety reasons. Camping is adjacent to the parking, please book camping and parking in addition to Festival tickets, if needed.
I would like to trade at your Festival, how much is a pitch? If you would like to send to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for information about trading at the Festival.
Camping tickets must be purchased in advance of the Sportbeat Festival for control purposes.
Camping is only available to Full Weekend Festival ticket holders, please read terms and conditions before purchasing tickets.
Camping tickets allow for up to 4 people maximum (under 10s are excluded in the maximum) and only 1 tent. £10pp or £30 for 4 people sharing, for the weekend.
The camp site opens at 16:00 on Friday, 20th August and must be clear by 10:00 on Monday, 22nd August. Please do not arrive before this time as site will not be open. There is a pub directly opposite the site or if you prefer you are approximately 1 mile from the City centre or Historic Docks (well worth a visit!)
On arrival, please follow the signs to the campsite entrance where you will be asked to show your tickets for camping and the Festival, wristbands will be issued for both areas.
Camping tickets are for a maximum area of 4m x 4.5m including guy ropes.
Campervans/caravans will be directed to the campervan/caravan area. Campervans/caravans are not permitted to park on the campsite
Please ensure that you are within the boundaries of your pitch and do not block the ‘fire corridors’ at any time. There should be a 3m space between all tents, no tents are to be joined together with awnings
As is usual at Festivals, cars are not permitted on the campsite for safety reasons, anyone doing so will be politely asked to remove their vehicle
The campsite and Festival site will be patrolled by stewards/security, even so please keep your personal belongings safe
Toilets will be sited close to the camping area
Although there will be lighting it would be advisable to bring a torch for extra light
BBQ and fires are strictly prohibited on any area of the Festival site.
Please respect your neighbours, including the local residents, by keeping noise to a reasonable level especially late/through the night. No sounds systems/loud music that cause distress/annoyance
No pets on site except for guide dogs, this also applies to the festival village
No glass permitted on the Festival/camp site
Please dispose of all waste in the bins provided
Children must be under strict supervision whilst on the campsite and all other areas of the Festival.
DISABLED ACCESS + FACILITIES
The SportBeatFest site is very flat, the camping, stages and most of the attractions are on grass. Adverse weather could have affect the conditions of the Festival ground. We will try our best to alleviate any problems with access to the main areas.

Blue Badges must be shown and displayed during your stay to stop abuse of the system.
Wheelchair/easy access toilets on both the campsite and the Festival Village.
In order to purchase any such tickets and for admission to the Event you must provide proof of status both at the time of purchase of the Ticket and on entry (and each re-entry if applicable) to the Event. The Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without a valid eticket or if the holder is in possession of fake/stolen tickets.
Please ensure that you safeguard your eticket as replacements cannot be issued.
You will be issued with a wristband, to be secured by a member of SportBeat’s staff. Wristbands are to be worn at all times. Damaged and lost bands are non-replaceable, anyone without a band will be asked to leave the site.
Admission to the Festival site is only permitted at the hours listed – see timings page.
Please take care of your eticket information. Tickets are not refundable on the basis of inclement weather, lost etickets, if you have been ejected for anti-social behaviour or if you for some reason are unable to attend on the date SportBeat 2016.
Concession tickets are for Students, ES40, 16-17 year olds, and those with Disabilities. In order to purchase any such tickets and for admission to the Event you must provide proof of status both at the time of purchase of the Ticket and on entry (and each re-entry if applicable) to the Event.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, they remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult, at all times.
Tickets for ages 5 and under are free but a ticket must be ordered.
Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for anti-social behaviour likely to cause offence, damage, injury or nuisance.
No alcohol, cans, glass, bicycles, scooters, knives, fireworks, flares, animals, laughing gas or other items that could cause harm may be brought into the Festival Arena.
No selling/using drugs, no legal highs on the Festival site. Zero Tolerence. Daily Telegraph ‘Ban legal highs from music festivals, says Home Office’. What are LEGAL HIGHS?
No selling of goods or alcohol on the Festival site.
Please do not be offended if you are asked to prove your age and to produce ID when purchasing alcohol.
Once booking has been delivered the responsibility is placed on the purchaser to safeguard their etickets. Log in to Ticketfury with your email and password to access your eticket details. Please note – there will be no re-issues.
Bar-b-qs and open fires are strictly prohibited on the Festival site.
The Tent Field is strictly car-free so you will need to carry your tents etc. from the adjacent campers’ car park.
The campsite must be vacated by 10am, on Monday, 22nd August.

Sleeping in cars is not permitted on the Festival site.
The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists/displays/exhibitors mentioned in advertising, programmes or timings due to circumstance beyond their control without notice and without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
There will be official photos/video recordings, all ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic/video material that may be used by SportBeat Ltd to promote/report on the Festival.
Please take care of your personal belongings. Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers and campervans.
Sportbeat Ltd and its volunteers cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or losses sustained, whilst attending and/or participating in any sports and activities, of your own free will.
Please help us to make this Festival an enjoyable experience for all those attending. Anyone acting in an unreasonable manner may be asked to leave the Festival.
